Meg- Beth and I going Tucson Weds for two weeks. Tried to call Mary, phone disconnect! Just weantd to say hi, talk OLD times (ADPHI 1956)! And want to know where Ray’s favorite bar stool is- to have a jar! All best to you, Jack a/k/a Tiger D ’56

  2. Kristen says:

The 1st person I have followed on Twitter … and always my favorite

  3. Patricia Parulekar says:

I follow mostly journalists and public policy types on twitter and read about finance, health policy, the Mid-East…..so BadBanana laughs are badly needed

  4. Beth Bowles says:

I’ve been on Twitter about as long as BadBanana and he is the real deal. Proof not all talent is just in So Cal. I’m a native So Cal and I’m not surprised Hollywood is on to him and so happy they are. Ad Men are often very funny thinkers.

  5. Robert says:

BadBanana rocks and is funnier than Tim Siedell…a true pioneer of Twitter. Good show!

  6. Stacy says:

    *children

Surprised you didn’t mention the other Twitter developer, Evan Williams, is also from NE.

  7. Stacy says:

Thank you for this show. I grew up in small town NE and now live in Minneapolis (it’s where the pleasing childen of the family move)

I love how he doesn’t knock NE and I’m happy he’s comfortable in CA.

  8. Brian Crouch says:

I think of Tim Seidell as the first genuine Twitter star. I really can’t think of any other individual who has gone from Twitter into mass media fame purely from the content of their tweets.
You are indeed a comedy writer. I can imagine any stand-up comedian getting a great set just utilizing Tim’s tweets. I hope Jay Leno hires him.

  9. Ben Z says:

    Very interesting interview and story.
