The countdown to The Elder Scrolls Online just got hotter than a Flame Atronach, because Bethesda has unveiled The Elder Scrolls Online: Imperial Edition, a premium package that will retail for $99.99. The deluxe edition will include a slew of goodies like a 12″ Molag Bal statue, a 21″ x 26″ map of Tamriel, a 224-page Improved Emperor’s Guide to Tamriel, and a slew of digital exclusives like a the ability to play as an Imperial, Rings of Mara content, and a little Mudcrab bro to follow you around and snap his claws menacingly at accidentally aggro’d mobs.
Not too keen on having to sell all of your strategic cabbage reserves to get all those extra bells and whistles? Don’t worry — Bethesda is also offering a digital Imperial Edition for $79.99, which includes the core game and the bonus digital content. The hotly anticipated game comes to PC and Mac on April 4th, and to Xbox One and PS4 in June, but Bethesda knows that gamers are an impatient lot. So, to help tide you over, today’s announcement also brought a brand new cinematic trailer to help your scratch that itch until you can refill your growlers of Skooma.
