Bethesda May Have Accidentally Announced DISHONORED 2

Now this is pretty funny, Bethesda may have accidentally leaked the announcement of Dishonored 2, prior to their conference. The team was testing their broadcast for their scheduled showing tomorrow, when a live microphone caught and streamed the whole discussion onto their Twitch page. By the time someone came over to warn them about the hot mic, the damage had been done. Oops! Keep in mind that they only mentioned Dishonored but with leaked images already floating around, it’s more than likely they are discussing the sequel to Arkane Studio’s stealth action game.

This easily goes down as one of the most hilarious ways to leak an announcement. You have to give them a pass, though, since this is their first ever E3 conference after all.

Listen to the 2 minute conversation in the video (audio only) above, posted by YouTube user Necxarius. Hopefully it doesn’t get pulled down any time soon; the company has been frantically attempting to rid the internet of the video. It’s an unfortunate slip-up for sure, but hey, it happens. Fortunately, the test was a success.

I don’t see this hurting their Wow factor tomorrow; everything will be gravy if they have more footage of Fallout 4. Seriously, give us more. It would be surprising if Bethesda has any more aces up its sleeve, since we already know about Doom 4, as well. How many more secrets can they have that will top these 3 games?

Stay tuned for more news tomorrow, when we can finally end all the speculation and get to the hard truths. Exciting times, indeed. Make sure to do the honorable thing and leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
