Beautiful Fan-Made Montage Pays Homage to Alejandro González Iñárritu

It’s safe to say that Mexican filmmaker Alejandro González Iñárritu has made a powerful creative impact over the course of 15 years, numerous shorts, and five features — and this fantastically edited fan-made montage does a wonderful job of capturing the filmmaker’s visual style and his focus on stark, honest, and frequently brutal side of humanity. The footage comes from the films Amores Perros (2000), 21 Grams (2003), Babel (2006), Biutiful (2010), and, of course, the recent Oscar darling Birdman: Or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance), which (like most normal people) I usually just refer to as Birdman.
