It has been a wild season on the returned BattleBots over on ABC, and the season only has more in store for its viewers. In the upcoming episode that airs this Sunday, July 19, the two dynamos of the Battle Box, Stinger and Bronco, will finally be facing off. And believe me when I say, this will be the match of the season. Don’t believe me? Well, lucky for you we here at the Nerdist have an in over at BattleBots (love ya, Jess) and got our hands on a 2-minute rough cut teaser of the battle we’ve all been waiting to see. Check it out above.

That was insane! After having seen Bronco win both of its matches against Witch Doctor and Plan X by utilizing that pneumatic flipper to launch them into the deadly giant screws on the side of the Box, it would have been a wild turn to see Stinger pull off the same thing. It wasn’t meant to be though, and it seems the two are set for a wild adrenaline ride of a match. Fire vs Flipper, guys!

This season has seen both of these teams tearing their ways through the bracket to get to the top spot, and this weekend they will stand in each others way. Bronco, the launcher monster from Inertia Labs in Sausalito, CA, will be squaring off against Stinger, Team PlumbCrazy’s Killer Bee from Sacramento, CA. Who will are you cheering for in this match?
