Batmobile Luggage for Kids…and Adults That Can’t Help Themselves

“Oh well hey little buddy, don’t you seem excited to fly today. Would you like to meet the pilot? You would! Well, what’s your name?”

“I’m Batman.”

You could be the proud parent of the child that gets to utter that to a confused flight attendant, so long as you get them this awesome Batmobile luggage.

This piece of children’s rolling luggage comes from Welly, and is officially licensed by DC Comics as part of the onslaught of promotions for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It’s a replica of the newest Batmobile from the movie, the one Ben Affleck will be driving around in.

Made from plastic so it’s easy for children to tote around, the luggage comes in at 51 x 34 centimeters, and is 2 centimeters deep. The suggested retail price is listed at $99.99 U.S. dollars. That might seem like a lot for a piece of hollow plastic, but even if this weren’t a functional travel piece, it would still be a pretty cool toy, so think of the value. I mean, it’s a built-in distraction for your kid when your flight gets delayed, and you can’t put a price on that.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
opens on March 25th, and this fun travel companion will be available a couple of months later, on May 31st.

Of course, even if you don’t have any children there’s really nothing stopping you from using this as your carry on, except for fellow passengers thinking you’re just some sort of joker.

What other iconic fictional cars would make for a great piece of children’s/manchild’s luggage? Travel to our comment section to tell us.
