Watch Aziz Ansari’s MASTER OF NONE Trailer for Netflix

After watching that trailer above, how can anyone not absolutely love Aziz Ansari‘s latest series Master of None? The comedy — set to premiere on Netflix November 6th 2015 — stars Ansari as a thirtysomething named Dev, trying to live as an actor in New York City.

It does seem the series has a familiar tempo to the comedy—no surprise seeing as it was created by Ansari and Parks and Recreation alum Alan Yang. But where Parks went full-docu, it’s evident this show will involve more rumination on what it’s like to be a 30-year-old in today’s world with the added trials and tribulations of being of Indian descent in both personal and professional life. And while Ansari’s comedy chops would be enough for us to add this to the “To Binge” list, what has us really excited is a chance to see him show off more of his dramatic ability. Some of our favorite Parks and Rec moments were when Tom Haverford dropped his bombastic persona and allowed earnest emotion to show.

The trailer has our hopes quite high for a lil heartfelt comedy—especially when you consider the supporting cast of Noël Wells (Saturday Night Live), Eric Wareheim (Tim & Eric), Lena Waithe (Bones), Kelvin Yu (Grandma’s Boy), and H. Jon Benjamin (absolutely everything, ever). Even some of Ansari’s own family members will round out the cast.

Master of None has us looking forward to November now more than ever, but what do you think? Let us know in the comments below!
