Just as nothing will stand in the way of Thanos getting his Infinity Stones in Avengers: Infinity War, nothing should stand in the way between you and candy. These sweet confections are just as powerful as the real thing and a billion times more delicious. (Seriously, donât eat Infinity Stones. Candy is much easier on the tummy.)
Prepare your sweet tooth by making orange Soul stones, red Reality Stones, blue Space Stones, purple Power Stones, green Time Stones, and yellow Mind Stones. And you can make them using just a few simple ingredients, along with the aid of the most powerful weapon in the known universe: the microwave.
And once they’re prepared, make sure to display your candy collection just as Thanos does: in a mighty gauntlet made out of cream-filled Twinkies.
Candy Infinity Stones
Youâll need:
Gem mold
Toothpicks
Twinkies
Ingredients (per color):
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon corn syrup
1 teaspoon water
Food gel dye (orange, red, blue, purple, green, and yellow)
Prep the gem molds by lightly greasing them with non-stick spray.
In a small (4-6 oz) heatproof bowl, stir together the sugar, corn syrup, and water.
Microwave for 1 minute. (Use a potholder to remove from microwave, as it will be boiling.)
Immediately stir in 1 drop of food gel dye, using a toothpick.
Using the potholder again, pour the hot colored syrup into the gem mold.
Let cool until hardened, then remove from molds.
Repeat with all the colors.
Place into a Twinkie Infinity Gauntlet to serve.
