Ever since emojis first took off as a form of communication, the public has been pleading, nay BEGGING, for a taco emoji. It’s the all-around answer to just about anything. What did you eat last night? >insert taco emoji< What do you want to eat tonight? >insert taco emoji< How do you feel about The Force Awakens trailer? >insert taco emoji<

You understand. The Taco Emoji is a universally accepted answer.

Emojipedia has added 37 new emoji today to Unicode 8.0. Let’s be honest, no one cares about the other 35 when you’ve got a brand spankin’ new taco emoji– but what’s this? A new burrito emoji? Our Nerdist prayers have been answered! “Enjoy your burrito” has a whole new ring to it.

Unfortunately, the new taco emoji addition doesn’t guarantee immediate access for Apple’s iOS or Android. Don’t worry, I’m on the case checking my phone every two seconds just in case they get added.

For now we’ll just have to eat real life tacos while we wait for the update. Anyone else feel especially >insert taco emoji< today?
