Artists Tackle X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST Posters

X-Men: Days of Future Past is bringing together different timelines, new alliances, and what appears to be more mutants than we’ve seen in any of the other X-Men films. In short, there’s going to be a lot of eye candy in Bryan Singer’s upcoming movie. It’s a ripe field of inspiration for artists, and Blurppy has encouraged X-Men fan art with its Poster Posse Project.

This is the sixth installment of the ongoing series that has focused on movies such as Pacific Rim and and 47 Ronin. Just over two dozen artists participated in the project, and their takes on the Days of Future Past poster range from minimalist to trippy. The cool thing about this fan art is that illustrators can focus on any aspect of the story they wish; the creative freedom leads to a refreshing mix of posters. I’d happily hang any of these images on my wall.
