It’s time to get down at Fraggle Rock because Archaia and The Jim Henson Company have teamed up again to publish an all-new series about the lovable creatures. Written by Kate Leth (Adventure Time: Seeing Red) and illustrated by Jake Myler (Fraggle Rock), Fraggle Rock: Journey to the Everspring will feature the Fraggles adventuring to places they’ve never been before. You’ll see familiar Fraggle faces such as Gobo, Red, Mokey, Wembley, and Boober, but you’ll also meet other characters as the group makes new friends.
The limited series will unfold in four parts as the Fraggles have to search for a different water supply deep in the caves of Fraggle Rock. They’re searching for the fabled Everspring. Insert daunting music here. Besides covering fresh territory, the series features Fraggles doing what they do best, so there will be singing, dancing, and fun. I can’t resist the infectious happiness of the Fraggles, and since Archaia has captured that vibe with their previous Fraggle Rock comics, I expect it will be part of Journey to the Everspring.

Kate Leth is a terrible writer. She’s full of herself to presume she has what it takes to take on something the late great Jim Henson created.
