ANT-MAN Exclusive Figures Coming to Comic-Con 2015

Heroes don’t get any bigger than Marvel’s Ant-Man. Except, Giant-Man, perhaps.

Hasbro is bringing two Ant-Man exclusives to San Diego Comic-Con International, just in time for the Marvel Studios Ant-Man feature film next month.

If you’re a fan of the first Ant-Man, Hank Pym, or his successor, Scott Lang, Hasbro has you covered in the deluxe Ant-Man set that comes with five different action figures. The original version of Marvel’s tiniest hero is represented as a 1-inch Ant-Man figure, a 3.75-inch Hank Pym in a lab coat with interchangeable heads, a 12-inch Giant Man, and a 6-inch Goliath action figure. Giant Man was Pym’s second heroic identity in the Marvel Universe, while Goliath was his third heroic persona. Only Pym’s Yellowjacket and Wasp incarnations were left out of this set.

The set also contains a Scott Lang 1.5 inch figure in costume as Ant-Man. The five figures will come inside of a Comic-Con exclusive packaged shaped like Ant-Man’s head, which includes rotating antennae on the package. Hasbro is asking $64.99 for the Ant-Man set.

Ant-Man Life Size
For the more frugal Ant-Man fan, Hasbro is offering a “life-sized” Ant-Man figure to collectors. This Comic-Con exclusive is only .75-inch tall, which is “smaller than a penny (or a really big ant).” But if you want this Ant-Man figure, it’s going to cost you $9.99.

Last month, Hasbro announced a Doctor Strange exclusive action figure set that will also debut at Comic-Con. Both Doctor Strange and the Ant-Man exclusives will be available at the Hasbro booth during SDCC. However, a limited number of the exclusives will be sold at after the convention.
