Another GAME OF THRONES Actor Joins Zombie Thriller PATIENT ZERO

Get excited; one of the most anticipated movies of 2015 just keeps getting better. An insider source revealed to The Mary Sue that John Bradley (Samwell Tarly on Game of Thrones) has joined the cast of Patient Zero.

Fellow Game of Thrones cast member Natalie Dormer and Doctor Who’s Matt Smith are already set to star in the flick. Set to be released by Screen Gems with director Stefan Ruzowitzky and writer Mike Le attached, the premise of the film has previously been described as “an unprecedented global pandemic of a super strain of rabies has resulted in the evolution of a new species driven by violence. An inexplicably immune human survivor with the ability to communicate with this new species must spearhead a hunt for Patient Zero in order to find a cure to save his infected wife and humanity.”

Bradley will be playing a character named Scooter, but not much else is known about his role. There’s no word quite yet on which character is set to be the favored immune human being. Patient Zero will mark the first time that Bradley and Natalie Dormer will be seen on screen together. Queen Margaery Tyrell has never needed to leave King’s Landing and make her way over to the Wall, after all.

In addition to Bradley, The Hunger Games‘ Stanley Tucci rounds out the cast announced so far as a a villain. Tucci will play an evil professor who becomes infected and violent. Patient Zero is definitely looking one super fun, action-packed thriller to look forward to.
