  1. It is the best time to make a few plans for the long run and it is time to be happy.
I’ve read this put up and if I may I desire to counsel you few attention-grabbing things or tips.
Maybe you could write next articles regarding
this article. I want to learn even more things about it!

  2. TJCFILMS says:

Haha what is everyone talking about with the slap stick, light hearted, campy humor comments. The original had no laughs and was hella serious!

  3. Liam says:

Could be the way the trailer’s been edited, but this looks like it has none of the original’s B-movie charm

  4. Patod says:

I mean, it looks alright. The original is such an amazing low-budget movie. This catches the spirit of the over the top gore aspect, but I don’t think that this remake will really capture the original movie’s magic. I was hoping that the tree-rape would be out of this movie. I was wrong…

  5. chris says:

This better not be a f-ing comedy, it should be a serious horror movie like the original.

  6. Ben says:

Normally I would be completely against this sort of thing….. but that looks pretty fucking good!

  7. C says:

For the love of God, the first Evil Dead was not a comedy. Real fans know that.

I heard the effects are mostly practical too, which is great. Plus Bruce, Sam and Rob are involved.

I love the original trilogy, but there’s a definite chance this could be solid.

Two things I already dislike are:

    – The addition of a dog. Obviously there will be a dead dog scene.

    – The fact that it looks so new. (Can’t really blame them for that one though)

  8. John says:

I like the look of it. Seems vicious.

  9. Derp says:

Why make a super serious, grimdark Evil Dead movie? Fuck this.

  10. @johnengels says:

Evil Dead 2 was essentially a remake anyway.

This looks great. The possesed girl looks SO evil. I can’t wait to see this version….on DVD…at home….where I am safe and sound from demons.

    I think.

    What was that noise…..

  11. Scott Jones says:

Why do I keep hearing this “It isn’t gonna be slapsticky like the original!” nonsense? The original wasn’t funny at all! Evil Dead 2 was the slapsticky one. This isn’t a remake of that.

  12. FLS_Carnage says:

The Evil Dead doesn’t really need a remake, but Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell were both involved in the making of this movie so I’m not too worried about it. Also tree rape.

  13. Frahmski says:

They better not go super serious horror with it… if it doesn’t have some serious laughs in it I’m gonna be pissed…

  14. DM420 says:

Looks, er… modern? At least the tree-rape is back.

  15. Will says:

Please don’t suck, please don’t suck, please don’t suck, please don’t suck, etc, etc.

  16. I don’t know how to feel about this! Someone tell me how to feel about this!
