Great news for fans of The Walking Dead who also enjoy extended luxury boat rides. The creators of the popular Walker Stalker Conventions and Norwegian Cruise Line have decided to team up and create The Walker Stalker Cruise. Set to make it’s inaugural launch on January 15th of 2016, The Walker Stalker Cruise will be a three-day cruise from Florida down into the Bahamas that will celebrate all things Walking Dead.
The cruise will include games, contests, and panels based on the hit AMC show set in a post-zombie-apocalypse in the southeast of the U.S. Yes, we said panels, and those panels will include Q&A segments because fans will be sharing space on the cruise ship with none other than Norman Reedus, Emily Kinney, Chandler Riggs, and more. Three days of fun, sun, zombie make-up, blood, guts, and celebrities.

Hopefully they will be able to ensure that this Norwegian cruise liner does not end up stuck in a reef like the one a few months ago. On the other side of the sponsor coin, The Walker Stalker Cons that have been held across America (and even down in Brazil) have been a huge hit with many fans and closed the gap between cast and audience more than ever before. The only fear one may have, myself included, is with the rabid fandom that The Walking Dead has created, how much security is going to be needed to keep cast members on a ship with their fans for three days?
The Walker Stalker Cruise is currently in pre-sale, with boarding opportunities happening soon, so if you are interested be sure to head over to their official site. Also, be sure to let us know what you think of this cruise in the comments below.
