11,000 Failed Attempts Later, This Difficult MARIO MAKER Level Is Finally Completed

After over 11,000 failed attempts (not all by one person), someone finally completed what is considered to be one of the most difficult Super Mario Maker levels yet. The stage titled “Bomb Voyage” is an incredibly difficult endeavor that will test even the most veteran Mario player.

Glory was achieved by YouTube user, Bananasaurus Rex. His video description states that he practiced for about an hour before attempting the stage, and then recorded almost 3 hours of gameplay while he was trying to get the perfect run. Without further adieu, watch the video above. Be warned, you might feel horrible about your Mario skills after witnessing this madness. I know I did.

The mastermind behind this evil concoction that has bested so many goes by the name of PangaeaPanga. Now, if that name sounds familiar, this is the same man who beat Super Mario World blindfolded. As you’d expect, the extremely difficult stage he built uses the Super Mario World aesthetic.

It’s important to note that in order to build and upload a level, the user must prove it’s beatable. So, PangaeaPanga had to beat this anger-inducing Mario nightmare before anyone else even had a chance at it. He’s already attempting to make even more difficult levels, just in case one impossible venture wasn’t bad enough.

Think you’re skilled enough to complete this level? Here is the download code: 2A8F-0000-0049-9485. Good luck.

What’s your favorite user uploaded Super Mario Maker creation? Have you already attempted this level? Will you be downloading it to test your skills? Let us know in the comments below.
