Disney released the first footage from the big screen adaptation of Marvel’s Big Hero 6 today, 34 seconds of animation of a San Fransokyo nightscape. Here’s what Disney says about this clip:

I bought the comics they were cool. I was excited until I found out that this was yet another CGI film. Why does Hollywood believe 2D is of no use(It works on television). If you put out a good quality 2D film it will be a success.
That’s just not enough! I loved the comics, so I’m just going to be excited for this and trust they’ll do a great job.
