It’s funny that “Human Going” thinks polyamory is solely a male thing. I’m good friends with a polyamorous couple. The idea started with the woman in the couple and she is the one that is the most active in having more than one relationship.
Errr…Could you ask him back to expound a bit on this whole levied bank account thing? I’m 85% sure I have 18-year-old freshman year of college credit card debt floating out in the world somewhere? I’m 34 with kids and a mortgage. Is this levy business something I have to look forward to one day?

ScatterBaned got me like every time. There probably isn’t a conversational reason to get into the other 73 things you didn’t love about Dark Knight Rises, but I’d love to hear them in the future! My major complaint (of the two that I have) about that movie is that The World’s Greatest Detective shouldn’t have accepted a revelation from a ghost. I know opium hallucinations are an old detective literature device, but come on Batman.

I’d be curious how the women in these relationships really feel about these agreements. This is really about these guys failing to develop a healthy sense of intimacy with anyone. And the notion that polyamory and the like represent an evolved or mature perspective is simply ridiculous tripe that sounds like it came from the 1970s. Come on, Pete. You know better than this
