  1. Mel says:

Holy shit, Tig is on fucking fire here! Huge props to the crowd as well though, they were amazing.

  2. Patty Marvel says:

@Sonny – Better still, a rotating cast of side kicks. One week it’s Tig Notaro, anther it’s Chelsea Peretti, yet another it’s Maria Bamford and then Emily Gordon. And I just now realized everyone I’ve named is female. That could make a good dynamic – Pete’s Alpha Male-ness kept in check by an Alpha Female.

  3. Tillburg says:

Sitting in the front row wasn’t enough. Just tape your late night show in Bloomington, Pete; HELL, tape it in my living room.

  4. Sonny says:

    @Joseph or @John G.

You should make a facebook petition that Tig Notaro be Pete Holmes’ Andy Richter. We have until August.

  5. John G. says:

    @Joseph

Oh fuck yes! What are the chances we can make that happen? Tig needs to be on TV, because she’s so great, and there’s never been a female side kick on a TV talk show has there?

    PETE! make it happen

  6. Joseph says:

I’m casting my vote for Tig Notaro to be Pete’s official Robin Quivers.

  7. Josh says:

What a fantastic episode. Best live episode ever!

  8. Bri says:

Such a great episode, almost as funny as the previous one in Bloomington (I really only say that because I was in the audience for the previous one). Tig is such an excellent guest, I would love to hear a full episode of Tig at some point in the future, it would be pure gold.

  9. Amy, aka Shirley (11:11) says:

Pete, you and YMIW were the highlight of the Limestone Comedy Festival. Thank you for all the joy and laughter you bring to the world and into our lives. I can’t wait for everyone else to join the party when you hit the TV nightly. Keep on keepin’ on Petey Pants!

  10. John G. says:

    Well Pete,

It’s finally happened. I now look forward more to your show than WTF.

I’m a fan of both, but as my finger hovered over my podcasts today I realized, I don’t want to hear marc right now.

Pete figuring out the world, defending atheism as a non-atheist, trying to get his head around what money is….

Just more fun than listening to Marc decide if he’s gonna have a baby or not.

    YOU WIN!

  11. Sean says:

This made my day! Such a great episode.

  12. David says:

For some reason when I was listening to Tig(who’s one seriously witty lady by the way) I was picturing Daria(old MTV cartoon if you don’t know).

  13. Cameron C. says:

OMFG YES, Gamefly games bit is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thank you Pete, Thank you.

    Day Made.

  14. Megan says:

Tig makes a great Chelsea stand in. I love her giving Pete shit.

  15. apuppet says:

    woah, that crowd

  16. Patty Marvel says:

Tig AND Bam-Bam in one podcast?!?! Be still my heart! Have you interviewed them individually yet? If you haven’t please do so at some point!
