“I am Daenerys Stormborn, of House Targaryen, of the blood of old Valyria. I am the dragon’s daughter and I swear that those who would harm you will die, screaming.” All hail Khaleesi in this new supercut of Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) moments (well, also Drogon moments) from Game of Thrones. TheGaroStudios is back with a look at Dany’s best moments, and damn, she’s got a lot! In the video, we’ve got some of her best lines, including “I’m not going to stop the wheel. I’m going to break the wheel,” and “I will do what Queens do; I will rule.” As we move on through the seasons, it’s sometimes easy to forget some of Dany’s early badass moments. From the iconic shot of her with her baby dragons after walking into the flames to the shot of the little guys (and later, very, very big guys) flaming away at her command, “dracarys,” it’s easy to believe that she’s the one who’s going to end up on the Iron throne. Actually, it’s probably the most likely ending. If the walkers are the ice, the dragons would most certainly be the fire. Now that she has Tyrion (we love you, Tyrion) to advise her and keep her from being the mad Queen, she and Jon Snow are the best defense the world has. (Or maybe everyone will die because Martin is a sadist and wants us all to be unhappy forever.)
Check out the supercut and mourn once again as Dany professes her love for Khal Drogo. (Still not over that!) Thrill as her stupid brother Viserys dies, screaming in agony with liquified gold on his head. Remember the very weird moment where Dany is carried on the backs of her people. Watch her eat the horse heart in a moment that caused friends of mine to create very questionable GoT-watching party food items. Freak out after watching her ships on the move, knowing that not only is season 7 going to be shorter, but that production will be delayed due to the fact that winter is here and the production has to wait for colder weather.
At the end of the video Jon Snow (you can’t call him just Jon–it has to be his full name, all the time) says, “Winter is coming. We know what’s coming with it. We can’t face it alone.” Does that mean they’re going to team up? I mean, they have to, right? Maybe they’ll smooch, maybe they won’t and Jon Snow will squick everyone out and marry Sansa. (Aunt, cousin–seriously, are there no possibilities for non-family lovin’?)
