We’ve all had the conversation at some point in our nerdy lives: what technology, weapons or powers from a movie or TV show are the unequivocal best? There are certainly front-runners that come to mind. Setting aside super powers as a category, it’s safe to say a fair amount of us would go straight to “The Force.” The YouTubers over at Eunoia definitely had this thought and matched it with a rather unexpected one: an Aperture Science Handheld Portal Device. In a video that’s part stunt/fight choreography and part special effects, Eunoia shows us what a battle between Jedi would be like if they had access to a Portal gun.

In one of the better fan-made lightsaber fights we’ve seen in a while, the two battle it out over, of all things, the last slice of pizza. The Force is strong with these two in a fight that is not only action packed, but has some great comedic timing. The portal gun comes into play after one of the men is nearly defeated. This leads to portal and saber throw combos that would make any Jedi or Sith jealous.

Now there’s little else you’d need in the world if you had The Force and a lightsaber at your disposal, but adding the portal gun basically just makes everything better. Is it too late to petition Aperture for a place in the new Star Wars films? There could be a whole scene where Artoo & Threepio get stuck in an infinite portal loop.
