Watch live video from Ubisoft on www.twitch.tv
By now, we’ve already seen what EA, Bethesda, and Microsoft have brought to the table for E3 2016. Now we finally get to hear from Ubisoft! Considering the wealth of surprises we got last yearâlike The Division‘s release date, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate footage, and even a special performance by Jason Deruloâthis year’s presentation should be a good one. The only question now is: What will they show?
More Watch Dogs 2 footage and information is definitely in the cards, especially considering the game was officially unveiled a few days ago. Seeing more of the highly anticipated For Honor, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, and South Park: The Fractured But Whole, or DLC for The Division and Rainbow Six Siege, is also something we’re expecting.
As for surprises, who knows? Despite confirming that they wouldn’t be releasing an Assassin’s Creed game this year (our AC dose will come from the upcoming film), that doesn’t mean the studio won’t tease where the series is headed next. Another franchise we haven’t heard about in a while is Prince of Persia. And what about a potential Far Cry 5? We’d be down for that and whatever else Ubisoft has up their sleeves.
You can catch the live stream at the top of the page, and follow along with our live-blog below (keep refreshing for updates). Also, don’t forget to check out the press conferences we already live blogged for EA, Bethesda, and Microsoft, and make sure to tune in to the Sony briefing at 7 p.m. PT this evening..

2:48: This game is a mountain sports-enthusiast’s dream come true, snowboarding, skiing, parachuting and more! You’ll be able to rewind captured gameplay, pause, move the camera, and use slow-motion. You can also challenge your friends to a particularly difficult jump. We can’t wait to see all of the fail compilation videos once they hit YouTube (because they totally will).
2:45 PM: Share stunts, crashes, challenges and more in Steep. The game comes to you from Ubisoft Annecy. It’s a massive open-world game, partially set in the Alps. The view is absolutely breathtaking.
2:43 PM: Yves Guillemot is on stage to announce a new IP. Note: the footage being shown off is all in-engine.
2:40 PM: The Watch Dogs Collector‘s Edition will come with a radio-controlled robot. Cool.
2:38 PM:Â Sony’s Jim Ryan is on stage. A Watch Dogs movie is on the way. He also revealed that PlayStation users will have access to DLC 30 days before everyone else.
2:30 PM:Â San Francisco is wonderfully realized in the game. Now plaing: “Don’t Sweat the Technique”. We hope there are more Eric B & Rakim tracks on the soundtrack.
2:28 PM: On to Watch Dogs 2! The game was reveled a few days ago, but we’re excited to see more. They are showing gameplay.
2:22 PM: Now we get a sneak peek at some behind-the-scenes footage. The film looks spectacular. Unfortunately we didn’t see that much of it.
2:19 PM: Frank Marshall is on stage to talk about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed movie (a.k.a. Fassassinsbender’s Creed)!
2:17 PM:Â Antti Ilvessuo (Senior Creative Director, Ubisoft Red Lynx) and Dean Evans (Creative Director, Ubisoft Montreal) are wearing the best outfits we’ve ever seen. Blood Dragons will be released on PC as soon as the conference ends.
2:11 PM: For Honor gameplay looks brutal. The game launches February 14, 2017 (The same day as Persona 5). We know what we’ll be doing on Valentine’s Day!
2:07 PM: Vikings, knights, and samurai clearly don’t get along in this game and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
2:03 PM: We were impressed by this game last year, and can’t wait to check it out on the show floor. Melee combat looks like a lot of fun.
1:59 PM: Here comes a new trailer. Oh good, it’s for For Honor!
1:54 PM:Â LeVar Burton is out on stage to talk about Star Trek: Bridge Crew! “You really have to work together to complete the mission.” This will be great with a group of friends.
1:50 PM:Â Now it’s time to talk about the Star Trek VR game that was announced earlier today. Looks like Ubisoft’s got a lot of VR on the docket.
1:45 PM:Â Eagle Flight is coming to Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR and HTC Vive. It looks like a multiplayer capture-the-flag sort of game reminiscent of Assassin’s Creed.
1:39 PM: Julian Gerighty, creative director of The Division is here to talk about the new DLC, Underground. It will be available June 28  on Xbox One and PC, and August 2 on PS4. Also, in celebration of Ubi’s 30th, free costumes (Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Splinter Cell, and Rainbow Six Siege) will be available.
1:36 PM: The Fractured But Whole trailer is spoofing Captain America: Civil War. We need this game in our life right now!
1:34 PM: Anyone who buys Fractured But Whole will get Stick of Truth for Free. Those who pre-order will be able to play starting today. The game will launch December 6, 2016.
1:30 PM:Â You’ll be able to actually use space during fights. You can move around enemies, push and pull them, knock them into props (and other characters), and more.
1:25 PM: Matt Stone and Trey Parker are out on stage to talk about South Park: The Fractured But Whole, which picks up where The Stick of Truth left off.Â
1:23 PM: The mysterious trailer was actually for the next South Park game.
1:22 PM: Ghost Recon: Wildlands will be released on March 7, 2017
1:14 PM:Â Now to see how the gameplay actually looks. So far, so good. The graphics are lit.
1:10 PM: Dominic Butler, lead game designer, is out here to talk Ghost Recon: Wildlands. The question: What if a Mexican Cartel moved in, took over all of the resources, and turned Bolivia into a “narco state”? You know, just in case you wanted Narcos: The Game.
1:07 PM:Â Ghost Recon: Wildlands! As expected, new footage is being shown off. This game looks intense.
1:05 PM: Just Dance 2017 will be releasing this October, and is slated to launch on Nintendo NX next year.
1:03 PM: It’s our girl Aisha Tyler! Can’t wait to see what Ubisoft is going to announce.
1:00 PM:Â Just Dance 2017 dance party?
