While he was in the middle of hosting his second time at Saturday Night Live this past weekend, Louis C.K. also got to release the very first teaser for the next season of his award winning FX series Louie. Very simply, the promo shows C.K. on a ferry headed towards the Statue of Liberty, an even more basic TV ad then when a newspaper blew into his face.

One could read it simply as C.K. at another iconic NYC site, or maybe this season’s geared towards those famous words on the Statue of Liberty, “Give me your tired, your poor…” In either case, the crucial piece of information: Louie returns May 5th on FX.
