Watch Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt Throw Playground Insults at Each Other

If there was some sort of Hollywood yearbook for 2016, Passengers co-stars Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence would likely win the superlatives for Most Likely To Have Fun On A Press Tour, Class Clown, and Best Friends. We keep hearing stories like the time they got goofy on Ellen, and more recently, while in the U.K. to promote Passengers, the two stopped by BBC Radio 1 and partook in a laugh-inducing game called Playground Insults.

The rules of the game were very simple: Sitting across from each other in a dramatically lit room, the two had to take turns throwing insults at each other, going on until either one of them began laughing uncontrollably, or until one of them said the absolute show-stopping mic-drop joke from which there would be no coming back.

Spoiler (but not really): It was an absolutely joyous time. The opening barbs from Lawrence and Pratt:

“You are so falsely strong that if I was given a choice of you or your wife to protect me, I would choose Anna [Faris].”

“Why did they call it Joy?”

Lawrence almost lost the game early with Pratt’s reference to Lawrence’s 2015 movie, and as it goes on, they really get into it with insults of all sorts. We don’t want to spoil the fun by revealed too many of them here, but he’s a subtly savage favorite of ours, from Pratt to Lawrence: “It’s such a shame to meet somebody you thought you’d like.”

Okay, one more we have to share, from Pratt: “You have so much fake hair, that if you commit a crime, the CSI lab would probably convict some Ukrainian girl.”

Lawrence and Pratt really had to hunt for the mean bones we didn’t think their bodies contained, but they certainly found them, so check it out above.
