Maybe Jamie Lee Curtis knew something we didn’t when she cosplayed as Vega while attending EVO with her family a few weeks ago, because the masked Spaniard has just been confirmed as the next character on the Street Fighter V roster. The narcissistic man of claw is the second Shadaloo boss to be confirmed thus far, alongside M. Bison.

The reveal trailer–which you can view at the top of the page–showcases the return of Vega’s classic off-the-wall maneuvers, as well as some new swag combos that skilled players will surely be altering and improving once they get their hands on the game. It also features Vega’s hair, which, in a word, is looking rather:

The Street Fighter V beta was scheduled to hit the PlayStation 4 on July 23, but was met with unfathomable server stress that prevented players from getting past the title screen. This eventually lead to Capcom apologizing and postponing the beta indefinitely. Now we’ll have an even bigger roster to fool around with if and when it returns.
