Itâs been one wild ride for the first half of Suitsâ current episode run. With two episodes left and Louisâ betrayal out in the open, thereâs no telling what madness is still in store for the Pearson Specter gang. But, one thing is certain, this won’t be their last ride. Today USA confirmed that the series has been renewed for a 16-episode fifth season that will premiere in the summer of 2015.
âSuits continues to fire on all cylinders, delivering provocative storytelling and complex characters that viewers canât get enough of,â said Chris McCumber, President of USA Network. âWith some of the best writing on television, and a brilliant ensemble cast, we anticipate a spectacular fifth season for a series that has become a marquee property for USA.â
McCumber’s right. Every week, Suits delivers entertaining drama — not necessarily because the world of law is always exciting, but because of characters like Harvey Specter, Mike Ross, Louis Litt, Jessica Pearson and everyone in between, who are well developed and fascinating. And no, we didnât forget Donna, sheâs just so awesome that she required her very own sentence of greatness.
Suits airs Wednesdays at 9pm on USA.

This season is really not that great… Suits lost what made it great in the beginning with Mike being a newbie and Harvey being awesome. Louis can’t support the show on his shoulders. I love Harvey, but he’s not what he used to be … The show needs to go back to its roots.
