Exactly as I called it when SHIELD went down. Tony builds bots to take SHIELD’s place. Adding AI is always a BIG mistake.
Still think Vision will be Ultron’s creation. He’ll need a better minion bot to be able to go toe to toe with the Avengers since his other bot minions will just be cannon fodder, but he makes the same mistake of adding AI.
Or maybe Ultron wants a better body and Tony adds Javis’ AI before Ultron can download his own.
I do think Javis will be running the Ultron-bots before he decides humans are better off dead and when he by-passes the orders to protect humans and his lights go red James Spader’s voice will kick in.
Spader could just be a new AI from the beginning. So if Tony makes Vision adding his trusted Javis AI is a no brainer.
Think it would be hilarious if Ultron’s AI is grown from the helper arm Tony calls dummy in the Ironman movies. Would make him a slightly more sympathetic character, having been abused by Tony over the years.

Jessica angry. I don’t like it when she angry.

On the Age Of Ultron. Not happy with the direction is taking. I like external threats versus internal generated threats. Bored of the “self-doubt” moments of the hero who created the problem and the “you did this to us” accusations from their friends. I like my heroes being heroic not moping and all mistakey.

Gee, I just love when Chobot threatens directors and studio’s. Like today, and last week with Ep VII. So funny. No seriously. so funny.

Ultron by Stark? Fine by me. A major screw up in the tech dept could help to bring Tony into the role of leader he seems to be written for. If he owns the mistake. He won’t at first, you know this to be true! But Visions casting (read Jarvis 2.0) seems to shed some light on his eventual solution.  Will be fun, no matter what. Joss has proven that time and again. And Antman can still have a place at the table, with little issue from me. Comic history/canon and screenplays will always be awkward partners. So just avoid the awkward, write what seems to fit for the film, and try not to quibble so much with the fanbase. We’ll watch, believe me. Now where did I put my popcorn…

Not a movie, just one of many games with similar themes. If you’re gonna list games, might as well list novels too. One looooong list there.
