If you haven’t had your coffee yet today, go ahead and take a moment to grab a cup. There’s so much delicious television news today that you’ll want to settle in and get comfortable. And honestly, some of it is so exciting that you may as well make decaf coffee because you won’t need the caffeine. Keep reading to see a peek of the Sand Snakes (!) on Game of Thrones, to get some news about a departure on Downton Abbey, and to learn more about the introduction of the Inhumans on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..

Weapons and Sand Snakes. HBO’s released a featurette featuring Game of Thrones weapons master Tommy Dunne discussing the Dornish weapons he designed for the upcoming season. It’s fascinating to see the craftsmanship and differences in design, but beyond that, it’s all about the weapons of Obara, Tyene, and Nymeria Sand. These are the bastard daughters of Ellaria Sand and Oberyn Martell, known as the Sand Snakes. If you’re not familiar with the books, just know that the Sand Snakes are freaking awesome. “Secrets Are Power.” April is going to be a tremendous month. Orphan Black is back on April 18th, and a new trailer is positively overflowing with clones and secrets and action. My heart’s already in my throat. Watch the trailer and read Rachel’s thoughts on it here at Nerdist.

More Family Drama. The name Dahlia has been brought up several times in the current season of The Originals, and it looks like she’s finally showing up. Claudia Black (Farscape) will be portraying the evil aunt of the Mikaelson siblings (your crazy relatives have nothing on her) and will presumably be going after Hope. I can’t wait to see Black in this role! She’ll make her first appearance on the series on the March 9th episode. [TV Fanatic]

Discussing Inhumans. Elizabeth Henstridge (Jemma Simmons), Iain De Caestecker (Leo Fitz), and Brett Dalton (Grant Ward) stopped by Larry King Now to discuss what’s ahead on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. The Season 2 midseason premiere is tonight and looks set to reveal Skye’s new powers (watch a sneak peek of some quaking and shaking). Meet Wilson Fisk. The first teaser for Marvel’s Daredevil featured a brief glimpse of Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. Kingpin. Fisk is quite the imposing figure and though D’Onofrio isn’t the same size, he’s pulling off the imposing part rather nicely. Get your first full look at the character right here at Nerdist.

Mark Your Calendars. Netflix has announced premiere dates for several of their original series, including the next season of Orange Is the New Black and the new series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp. “Hush, Little Baby.” We’ve seen teases and key art for Season 2 of Salem, but the first full trailer is here. It teases the witch war that’s ahead and features new cast members Lucy Lawless and Stuart Townsend. Season 2 premieres on April 5th. [TVLine]

A Villainous Plan. Once Upon a Time is back for the second half of Season 4, and the game is changing in Storybrooke. Frozen is out, and the Queens of Darkness are in. Cruella de Vil, Ursula, and Maleficent all appeared in the episode, and it looks like they’ll be working with Rumplestiltskin to go after their happy endings. The Casting Continues. Another guest star has been added to the pilot for CBS’s Supergirl. Is it just me or does anyone else remember hearing this much about casting for a single show? Whew. Jeremy Jordan (Smash) will play Winslow “Winn” Scott. The character is a tech superstar and works with Kara at CatCo. If you’re familiar with the comics, you might recognize the name as an alias for the Toyman. [The Wrap]

Say It Isn’t So. Maggie Smith is likely leaving Downton Abbey. She told The Sunday Times (the interview is behind a pay wall) that her role may be coming to an end. There’s been speculation that the sixth season would be the final one for Downton Abbey anyway, but if not, we’ll have to continue without the Dowager Countess and her acerbic wit. She said, “They say this is the last one [series], and I can’t see how it could go on. I mean, I certainly can’t keep going. To my knowledge, I must be 110 by now. We’re into the late 1920s.” If she does depart, let’s hope she runs off with Prince Kuragin rather than meeting a tragic ending. [Variety]

A Different Kind of Monster. Fox’s Frankenstein pilot has cast its monster, but it’s not quite like what you might expect. Rob Kazinsky (True Blood) will play Ray Pritchard, who according to Deadline is a “morally corrupt retired cop who is given a second chance at life when he is brought back from the dead.” The “monster” is a younger, reanimated version of Pritchard so he has the mind of a 75-year-old grump.
