Happy Friday, everyone! You’ve made it through another week and hopefully have a relaxing weekend ahead [Editor’s Note: What do these words mean?]. Shows like Arrow, The Flash, and Supernatural are back next week and iZombie premieres so be sure to program your TiVo accordingly. You could basically record everything airing on The CW at this point. Before you commit to that, please enjoy this serving of television news. There’s a wedding in the future on Arrow, Game of Thrones cast members summarize the show in 30 seconds, see your first look at Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers, and more.

Wedding Bells. The March 25 episode of Arrow, “Suicidal Tendencies,” sees the return of the Suicide Squad but also some happier moments. John Diggle (David Ramsey) and Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson) are getting hitched, and all of Team Arrow is in attendance. And apparently Ray (Brandon Routh) is officiating? Things aren’t all sunshine and daisies though because the Atom and Arrow face off. Still, I’m sure it will be a much more pleasant occasion than any wedding that happens on Game of Thrones. Snips Has Grown Up. The Season 1 finale of Star Wars Rebels featured the return of a beloved character from Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Ahsoka Tano. I talked with Ashley Eckstein about reprising the role, what’s ahead for Ahsoka, and more. You can read the interview here at Nerdist.

More Monkeys. Syfy has renewed 12 Monkeys for a second season but with some changes. Showrunner Natalie Chaidez will step down, and current executive producers Terry Matalas and Travis Fickett will take over. Syfy’s president Dave Howe said, “We are absolutely committed to 12 Monkeys, and have been incredibly impressed by the outstanding critical and audience praise the series has earned.” [The Hollywood Reporter]

Time’s Up. Entertainment Weekly asked the cast to describe all four seasons of Game of Thrones in 30 seconds. As you can imagine, it’s a pretty much impossible task. Blood and death are popular choices. Watch the video at Nerdist. And while Westeros is on your mind, visit Entertainment Weekly to learn about how many seasons the series might have. Showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have previously said they hope to wrap up in seven seasons, but HBO programming president Michael Lombardo says he’d be a fan of seeing the show go longer. [Editor’s Note: Of course he said that; it’s the Mountain of popular shows.]

Lost Memories. This week’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. saw the return of Lady Sif (Jaimie Alexander) and also introduced Vin-Tak (Eddie McClintock). Sif suffered amnesia and connections to Skye’s transformation were revealed. Read Joseph McCabe’s review of “Who You Really Are.”

Fetching Coffee. We’ve seen Melissa Benoist in the superhero costume for CBS’s Supergirl, and now it’s time to see her as Kara Danvers. Photos were posted on Twitter earlier this week and they appear to show Kara headed to work. [CBR]

Pizza, Pizza! One particularly memorable scene in Season 3 of Breaking Bad features Walter White (Bryan Cranston) trying to talk things through with Skylar (Anna Gunn) by bringing her pizza. When she refuses to talk, Walter gets frustrated and throws the entire pizza onto the roof of the garage. Unfortunately, people are tracking down the Albuquerque home that served as Walter’s house and throwing pizza and re-creating the scene in real life. In a recent appearance on the Better Call Saul Insider podcast, Breaking Bad showrunner Vince Gilligan asked fans to stop. “There is nothing original or funny or cool about throwing pizzas on this lady’s roof. It is just not funny. It’s been done before. You’re not the first.” Besides, why would you waste a perfectly good pizza? [Vulture]

Not So Lonely Emmys. Comedian and Emmy Award winner Andy Samberg will host the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards. The ceremony is scheduled for Sunday, September 20, and nominations will be announced in July. Given his success on Saturday Night Live and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Samberg will hopefully bring the laughs.
