TITANFALL Alpha Being Made Available For BATTLEFIELD 4 Players

If you play Battlefield 4 and are registered with EA’s Origin service, there’s a chance that you could be selected to participate in an alpha trial of Respawn Entertainment’s upcoming AAA title Titanfall. EA is sending out alpha invitations right now, beckoning players to “take part in an exclusive trial of an upcoming title on Microsoft’s Xbox One.”

Visiting here will redirect you to the game’s official website, and if you’re lucky enough to be selected, you should receive a code and instructions on how to gain access to the game in the coming days. As of now, the alpha has only been confirmed to be happening on the Xbox One, so 360 and PC users may have to wait until the game’s official release unless EA decides otherwise.

We recently found out the game will feature 6v6 online multiplayer matches, with the number going up to 24v24 if you include the 18 extra A.I. bots that will be fighting alongside the players on each team. Let’s hope the alpha gives us a little more perspective on this, since there’s been quite a bit of skepticism on the seemingly small number of human players allowed in Titanfall matches.
