As we sit back and suffer through Game of Thrones withdrawal together, the internet has set out on a mission to make sure we can still get our Westeros fix until the show returns… next winter. *starts crying* However! If there’s one thing the internet loves more than cat videos, it’s Game of Thrones theme song adaptations. Water jugs, 8-bit midi, electric guitar, if it can make noise, the world is out to prove it can make a sweet remix of the famous theme as well, and that’s where today’s video of a low brass orchestra comes into play:

It never ceases to amaze us how far reaching the Game of Thrones theme song has stretched. Even people who’ve never watched the series (yes, they do exist) know the theme song because it’s that iconic and catchy.

But what’s also cool is this orchestra didn’t stop at the theme, they also went in and pulled some of the best tracks from the series to date and adapted them to the low bass tune as well, now that’s commitment we can appreciate. Seriously, do you guys know how many awesome tracks there are on Game of Thrones? A lot.

Sadly, now that we’re done watching that, we have to return to our withdrawal and court ordered rehab. How were we supposed to know you can’t hold back-yard trials by combat?!
