It’s obviously great to be The Rock (Dwayne Johnson) and Kevin Hart‘s life ain’t exactly shabby, either. But even the most successful people have to make sacrifices to reach the pinnacle of their field, and that sometimes means having to do something really uncomfortable and really unpleasant, like spending hours shackled to your cast mate in the jungle. Although, being shackled together would probably have been slightly more appealing than what Hart and The Rock had to do recently on the set of the Jumanji sequel.
Sunday, the Rock shared this behind-the-scenes video (which we first saw at Cinemablend) to his Instagram page from a day spent filming a scene in Hawaii where he carries Hart on his back while running through the jungle. Because even though Hart was propped up on a harness, the two obviously tired, obviously frustrated actors were stuck in this very close position for hours between shots.
Just a head’s up though, this has some crass language (a.k.a. NSFW!), for those of you at work or anyone that may have small children nearby, or for those of you who would rather not have to think about Kevin Hart’s personal microphone stand rubbing against the Rock’s back.
We tried to warn you. Good luck getting that image out of your head for the rest of your day. Or week. Or life.
The Rock promises that this scene will be really funny in the movie, but remember that these things require real sacrifices from even the most successful people. Because as The Rock said, “In real life this is bullshit, but we commit to the comedy.”
And there’s no commitment quite like dealing with Kevin Hart’s “Moose Knuckle” all day.
