The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day 11/19/13: No, You Shut Up with Paul F. Tompkins

In a single Google News feed, a news item for remembering Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address is right above a news item on remembering the JFK Assassination, which is weird placement, in my opinion. How is it that there aren’t any stories about a celebrity going insane in between? Are actual educational/productive/informative things trending on Twitter? It’s a mystery that I might not be able to solve, so you might just want to enjoy The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day instead.

Today’s MIFV is an interview between comedian Paul F. Tompkins and an alien puppet Yerd Nerp on Tompkins’ puppet panel discussion show No, You Shut Up on Fusion. It’s an exchange on immigration reform, and it’s every bit hilarious and enlightening you’d expect it to be.

Here’s the previous pick for MIFV, in case you missed it.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the MIFV like so many featured in the past. I love finding new, hilarious videos from people hundreds and thousands of miles away, so please do send your videos so long as they follow the rules below.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “MIFV Submission”
-Videos must have been posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) within exactly two weeks from when you submit (i.e. videos uploaded more than 14 days from the day when you submit will not be up for consideration)
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link

Paul F. Tompkins and a megalomaniac Muppet. These are a few of my favorite things.

As a man invested in the politics in one-eyed creatures I found this segment very enlightening. Thanks for posting. Its hard to get by without depth perception.
