It has been announced that the equipment for producing chemical weapons in Syria has been destroyed, which somehow led the news over Miley Cyrus dressing up as Lil’ Kim for Halloween. I don’t know how that happened or what went down in the editorial room to create that mix-up, but it must be confusing for not just me, but all of you.
