The JV Club #126: Boys of Summer: Keegan-Michael Key

Episode 126 marks the last of the Boys of Summer series, and who better to class up the podcast than Keegan-Michael Key (Key and Peele)? Dog talk and tapeworm talk eventually give way to exploring identity as it relates to being adopted, how to get along with (almost) everybody, and the appeal of a really great plate of chili cheese fries.

unless you live in the middle of nowhere, having an out door cat in unacceptable – wild animals, busy roads, etc. I’d never let my girls outside! I also don’t understand how people walk their dogs without leashes–it doesn’t matter how well-behaved the dog is, you never know what outside forces may occur! (ps. adopt don’t shop!)

Kee seems like a wise, great guy! Also love the hangry real talk haha

  2. Paul says:

What a joyous conversation. I love this guy (and you too Janet 🙂 )

  3. Vincent_S says:

  4. This was clearly great. I can’t believe he didn’t know Boys of Summer and the Eagles sing the soundtrack to his life. I thought that was very serendipitous!

  5. LeeHarveyC says:

  6. Jeremiah says:

Just fantastic. Enjoyed every minute, right from the start!

  7. Andrew says:

This was great, you two together can bring smiles to everyone around the world. Since Boys Of Summer is done and the ladies are coming back, are suggestions allowed? If so I would like to suggest Ashley Johnson.

  8. PJ says:

And the Boys of Summer end on a  high note. Will have to listen to it again, I just had to send Janet some recommendations for Scandinavia… but fascinating conversation about adoption and high school, and all those other things.

  9. Eli says:

He is such an endearing guy! This was a pleasure to listen to…
