Perhaps you’ve always wanted to see the Manhattan locations where Ghostbusters was filmed, but you just don’t have the time.
Got about seven minutes?
Patrick Willems and Matt Torpey take you on a tour of said locations in this video, which is in chronological order and includes them reenacting the scenes and covering it all in a single day. You’ll hit the main branch of the New York Public Library, up to Columbia University, back to midtown for a bank that isn’t there anymore, downtown for Ghostbusters HQ at the old fire house for the commercial, up to Lincoln Center, across to Central Park and Tavern on the Green, down to Columbus Circle, and finally to the Shandor Building on Central Park West for the finale. They said that they did it all in six hours with lunch, bathroom breaks, and subway rides included. Not too shabby.

Thanks, @Andrew; I’d seen that one, but I figured that the current one has speed going for it…
I’m sure others have seen this already, but here’s a 2010 mini-documentary going through the real locations of the films.
