Far Cry: Primal (World Premiere)

As promised, Ubisoft Montreal came prepared with the debut trailer for Far Cry: Primal. The game, which is set during the Stone Age, is an interesting step for the franchise. I, for one, can’t wait to explore the world peppered with sabertooth tigers, wolves, woolly mammoths, and other deadly beasts.

Quantum Break (World Premiere)

Back in 2013, Remedy Entertainment unveiled the Xbox-exclusive title Quantum Break, and we’ve been waiting for it ever since. With the game finally set to launch on April 5, 2016, the developer released a new trailer. Though I still don’t quite understand exactly what’s going on, graphics are looking pretty crisp.

Psychonauts 2 (World Premiere)

It’s finally happening guys! We’re getting a sequel to Psychonauts! Tim Shafer took the stage during The Game Awards to give fans the good news. Similar to Broken Age, Double Fine is utilizing crowd-funding to get the project on it’s feet. As of right now, $578,107 of the $3,000,000 goal has been raised. To find out more about the project, head on over to the Fig campaign page.

Star Citizen (World Premiere)

A new trailer for Star Citizen was also revealed, with Mark Hamill (who is in the game) on stage to promote the forthcoming title. The video falls in line with the official launch of the space simulator’s Alpha 2.0. While we don’t have an exact release date, the game is slated to launch on Windows PC and Linux in 2016.

Shadow Complex Remastered (World Premiere)

Well what do ya know. 2009’s Shadow Complex adventure-platformer is getting a remaster! While we’re waiting on a sequel, you’ll be able to pick up the the remastered version on PC free of charge. The game is also slated to hit the PS4 and Xbox One.

New DLC characters revealed for Mortal Kombat X

Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon came through on his promise to debut new kombatants for Mortal Kombat X. During the award show, the developer released the above trailer, showing Texas Chainsaw Massacre‘s Leatherface, and the Xenomorph from the Alien franchise in action.
