THE FLASH’s New Vibe and Killer Frost Costumes, and More TV News

Gilmore Girls ice cream. New Vibe and Killer Frost looks on The Flash. Ubisoft talking to Netflix about a series of some kind. It’s all in today’s TV-Cap. Let’s jump right on in.

Behind the Seams. Maya Mani, who designs the costumes for The Flash, is the focus of a featurette in which she shows off closer looks at The Flash costume, Mirror Master (the fabric has a sheen to it to hint at the whole mirror thing), and much more. And as ComicsAlliance points out, if you look over her shoulder, you can see the costumes for Killer Frost and Vibe hanging in the background. They get close-up shots at the end of the video, too.

You Know Him. Frequency is gaining a special character in Wednesday night’s episode, and he’s played by Curtis Armstrong. Karl claims he speaks to himself in the future, just like Raimy. Sydney talked to Peyton List (Raimy) about how Armstrong’s Karl will change the series. Read about it here at Nerdist.

What Does It Mean? Okay. New casting announcements for Stranger Things’ second season means it’s time to dust off the ol’ Gloves of Speculation. Jessica Chobot shares some thoughts in the latest Nerdist News about the additions and how they’ll tie into the story. Watch it above. [Nerdist]

Zombie Haunts. Remember Drake (Greg Finley), Liz’s zombie boyfriend on iZombie? Looks like he’ll be making a comeback in season three. If you’re okay with spoiling yourself just a tiny bit, get the details at TVLine.

Oh Yes. Ample Hills is making Gilmore Girls ice cream. Bless them. They created “They Scoop Gilmores, Don’t They?” as a coffee chocolate pudding ice cream topped with pink Pop Tart sprinkles. Oh my stars. Get more details on how to grab a pint of your very own here at Nerdist. [Image: Ample Hills]

Ooh, Thrawn. Grand Admiral Thrawn will return in the next episode of Star Wars Rebels (airing November 19). Watch the above preview for “Iron Squadron” and see how Thrawn handles some new information about the Rebels. It gives me chills.

Something’s Happening. Who’s ready for the most vague-ity vague news? Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said on Monday that the company is in talks with Netflix about a series. The information comes via Reuters with no other details. Which of their titles do you think would work as a serialized show? Tell me in the comments. [IGN]

Mutations. Ruh-roh. Kara’s going to face a serious problem in the next installment of Supergirl, a problem named Parasite. The teaser for “Changing” is like a horror film. Besides the scary villain, the episode will feature the debut of James Olsen’s new superhero persona. [CBR]

Some Answers. Channel Zero: Candle Cove provided some answers in its penultimate episode on Tuesday night. Read Michael’s recap right this way.

A Likely Pairing? Remember the thing about Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg having a show on VH1? Martha and Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party premiered on November 7, and Jenn tuned in and has a complete rundown in her recap.

Did you watch Martha and Snoop’s show? Tell me what you think about it in the comments.
