The Biggest Happenings in Comedy Right Now 12/6/13

You might think that “the industry” (unnecessary nomenclature for entertainment industry, specifically in regards to comedy) might be winding down near the end of the year, but, alas, that was absolutely not the case. Sure, they had to take Thanksgiving off, but as soon as the dishes were clean from Thanksgiving dinner, things ranging from an elaborate Twitter prank involving Kyle Kinane and a “Pace Foods Twitter account,” Louis C.K. signing a nice big deal at FX, and news of what comedy that the Coen Brothers are up to next all happened. Yes, there was something about some drones by Amazon, but don’t you worry about that, because there’s no way they’ll be part of a sentient robot army set to enslave the human race.
