New SUPER TROOPERS 2 Images Prove Not Everyone Matures with Age (Exclusive)

After 17 years, the most unruly, unprofessional, hilarious, syrup-chugging police force to ever hit the highways of America are back, with Broken Lizard‘s long anticipated sequel Super Troopers 2. Only this time around they are also going to be Canada’s problem, eh? And with the sequel set to hit theaters this weekend, we have an exclusive look at new images from the film, which prove that time does not always bring maturity. Fortunately, if there’s anyone polite enough to deal with their shenanigans, it’s a Canadian version of Rob Lowe.

If you were worried the movie might be a little bit more sophisticated than the original, this image of Farva holding a custom nameplate should put that to rest.

We also get a look at Emmanuelle Chriqui as Genevieve Aubois with Erik Stolhanske, whose Rabbit still lacks a proper mustache.

It’s going to be hard to top this shot of Rob Lowe and this out-of-date haircut pseudo-posing in front of his countrymen who have been painted in the red, white, and blue of America…

…but this image comes pretty close.

With any other cast this would pass for a wholesome image, but not with these guys, and not in a locker room.

This image could have been the only promotional material released and it would have been enough.

We also got a behind-the-scenes look of Lowe with co-stars Kevin Heffernan and Jay Chandrasekhar who also directed the film.

Row Lowe and a sweet ’90s haircut, “The Fart Zone,” and the chance for a huge international incident with our closest neighbor. This sequel took a long time, but it sounds like it was worth the wait.

Super Troopers 2 drives into theaters on—when else?—April 20.
