STRANGER THINGS Characters Get Their Own Spotify Playlists

Stranger Things 2 finally comes to Netflix this weekend, and even if you plan on binging all nine episodes in one sitting, there will be other ways to savor the show long after you watch it. That includes a new after show, and also a chance to rock out with playlists from Spotify inspired by the people (and monsters) of Hawkins.

As part of the launch for the new season, Spotify has given each character their very own playlist (which we learned about at Mashable), including for old favorites like Eleven and Hopper, as well as newcomers Max and Billy (which might tell us a little about them), and even the Demogorgon. And you can even find out which character’s playlist is the best fit for you.

When you head to Spotify’s very cool Stranger Things page it will ask you to choose five artists and bands you “jam” with. Once you’ve picked them you’ll be given the person or terrifying creature who your musical tastes most closely align with. I got Jonathan’s “Outsider Looking In” playlist, which might not make me sound cool (I am not), but he has some pretty kickass tracks so I’m good with it.

When yours pops up you’ll only see the top five songs at first, but when you click for the full list you’ll find 30 in total. To see other character’s own click on their images on the side of the page, but you can also see the rest of them in our gallery below.

With so many characters included we’ll be bringing the Upside Down with us on a lot of road trips.

If you could only choose one, which one of these playlists would you select? Let us know in the comments below.
