Snack on STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS Pop Chips

It’s a Star Wars: The Force Awakensbranded world, and we’re just living in it. The market has been flooded with related merchandise in the months leading up to Episode VII. It’s hard to walk down an aisle at the grocery store without being tempted by products covered in The Force Awakens characters or vehicles. In the chip aisle, you’ll find popchips’ limited edition bags celebrating the galaxy far, far away.

The bags feature Chewbacca with his bowcaster at the ready, Kylo Ren and his tri-blade lightsaber, Captain Phasma and her blaster, BB-8, a First Order TIE fighter, and the Millennium Falcon. And a little detail I like: each bag has a stamp of approval from either the First Order (the barbeque and crazy hot flavors) or the Resistance (sea salt potato). The most obvious thing to do with all these chips is to eat them; they’re perfect to accompany your pre-The Force Awakens marathons.

That would also prepare the bags for your collection. I know, it’s a sacrifice, but someone has to step up. If you are keeping the empty bags, be sure to wipe out all the chip crumbs before you put them away—no one wants ants in their Star Wars collection.

Not into eating chips? You could also follow Jenn’s recipe for Star Wars cookies with popchips in them. It’s the ultimate snack-ception.

Which of the popchips Star Wars: The Force Awakens flavors do you want to try? Will you be collecting the empty bags? Let me know in the comments.
