Holy Joker updates, Batman! The upcoming Suicide Squad‘s Crown Prince of Crime himself, Jared Leto, has been sharing hints about his iteration of the Joker on social media, from an ultra creepy Snapchat to Instagrams of his new bleached, eyebrow-less look. Leto even shared a little Dark Knight Returns-esque Joker voice while introducing a song at a 30 Seconds to Mars concert. (Unless, of course, 30 Seconds to Mars is going in a weird, new direction.)
But that’s not all! Latino Review reports that Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn will have a “very traditional look” in the upcoming DC flick, and that we might see some of her favorite furry companions as well. Jessica Chobot’s breaking all those Suicide Squad tidbits down in today’s Nerdist News special report!

That Jared Leto snapchat didn’t have any music, someone added it in. I saw the video a week ago with no music.
Why don’t they just forget the movie, save money, hire all of the original actors and just make a new Batman animated series direct to video feature..

Mark Hamill will always be the best Joker. That said, I’m hoping this version will be good, although if that was Leto’s Joker voice it was too angry and not crazy clown enough. I just hope the rumors are true and he’s a Hannibal Lector type character, giving advise from behind bars, because the I believe the Joker would rather they blow him up then follow Amanda Waller’s directions. I love the news about Harley Quinn. Old school and hyenas? It would be worth it just to see that.
