Age does not define the state of one’s attractiveness.
No joke trap is really tough! Don’t let it scare you away. It takes a couple weeks but you will be surprised how quickly you will progress. There are some really lovely schools in LA like Kinetic Theory, LA Circus School and TSNY.
Good luck with your barre classes I would not have the stamina for that type of work out. I have a lot of friends who belly dancing although I have never done it. Would love to know what you think about it.
Scully – Great idea. I took a trapeze class once. I had barely enough strength to do the basics. I am inspired by circus friends and perhaps sometime I will get back up in the big tent’s business. For now, barre classes & belly dance.
Just a thought because this is the second time you have discussed fitness and flexibility on the show. Have you considered taking any circus classes? It is a hard core exercise, you work on flexibility and you learn a skill. It is great for type a personalities that need to be constantly engaged during the exercise.
From a sex nerd perspective I have definitely found that some of the skills I am working on in the classroom related to flexibility for the silk, lyra and contortion routines can definitely be translated to the bedroom
I found this podcast very interesting, Especially knowing that it feels like a peek or climax, because that truly is a wonderful feeling to feel. The Feel of a contracting Prostate is and amazing feeling that I can only feel on a good day when I haven’t practiced sex in a while.
