Hulu offers up its own answer to The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises this summer with The Awesomes, a hilarious-looking web series from SNL‘s Seth Meyers and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon‘s Michael Shoemaker. Judging from the trailer, The Awesomes aren’t your standard superhero squad, but we’re excited to see Professor Doctor Awesome (voiced by Meyers) and his band of do-gooders get up to when the series debuts this summer. Other SNL cast members like Kenan Thompson, Bill Hader and Taran Killam are set to voice characters too, so here’s hoping that Vincent Price appears as a villain.
