Our pals at Henson Alternative — the even more unpredictable than usual part of The Jim Henson Company — are bringing their stage act Stuffed and Unstrung to Largo at the Coronet in Los Angeles Saturday night, and if you’re in the L.A. area, you oughta go. It’s a live variety show for adults only — definitely that — and it includes six great puppeteers and improv comedy and music and gleeful anarchy. Take a look at the video — that’s Patrick Bristow as emcee and chief improv wrangler overseeing the insanity — and you’ll be sold. And if you’ve seen them before, remember, it’s improv, so there’ll be plenty of new stuff for you.
