PLANTS VS. ZOMBIES 2 Finally Hits Android

After more than two months of iOS exclusivity and just in time for Halloween, Plants vs. Zombies 2 has finally launched on Android. Right now, you can head on over to the Google Play store and pick up the strategy game free of charge. Of course, this is a free-to-play game, but the option to purchase power-ups to make yourself a gardening juggernaut is available.

The game requires Android version 2.3 or higher, a gigabyte of RAM, and an ARMv7 or higher running at 1GHZ. Basically, your phone has to be pretty badass in order to best experience this game. Also, to celebrate the launch of PvZ2 on Android, EA is offering 65% off the “mighty jalapeno” power-up. For anyone looking for a mobile game that’s not Candy Crush to get addicted to, head on over and download PvZ2 today.

Download PvZ2 for iOS here and for Android here.

It’s there. In the Play store PVZ2 is WAY down the list, I think in the 20s after all the cheat and wallpaper apps.

I’m not seeing it on my Nexus when I search the play store and Google seems to think I don’t have any compatible devices. Anyone else have luck with this link?
