This Fan-Made CLONEOPOLY Makes the ORPHAN BLACK Madness a Game

Oh HEY Clone Club! If you’re feeling intrepid and want to infiltrate that Orphan Black business into every aspect of your life, then take some inspiration from fellow Clone Clubber Laura Bodman, who used her DIY skills to create an sestrahood themed version of Monopoly. That’s right: now you can watch, cosplay, comic book, and game-play like you’re property of the DYAD Institute. Some days it’s good to be a clone.

And the whole thing is incredibly clever and well-made. At last, your dreams of owning, say, Felix’s loft or Bobby’s Bar — or if you’re the money-hungry sort, co-opting teatime at Mrs. S’ cozy and homey abode for financial gain — can become a reality. Laura even went above and beyond the call when creating the key pieces of the game, crafting giant dice made with the faces of Cosima, Alison, Helena, Beth, Sarah, Felix, Delphine and the other official members of the Clone Club as the pips. (Sidenote: isn’t “pips” the cutest word ever/a great new nickname for Kira?) Each of the standard Monopoly squares — like the jail cell and free space — are all dolled up with OB flair: you can go to jail at the creepy Castor camp, or dance your cares away at a clone club dance party.

But don’t just take our word for it — peep the whole thing yourself in the gallery below. Laura was kind enough to send us a bunch of pictures of the details large and small. It’s super rad.

What other games do you think would work if cloned-up? Leave your ideas and suggestions in the comments!
