Official SHERLOCK Conventions Announced For U.S. and Europe

Time to purchase a deerstalker hat and practice your scarf knotting skills because BBC’s Sherlock has official conventions on the calendar for 2014. Massive Events is coordinating the events in association with Hartswood Films and Showmasters Ltd, and the Sherlocked convention will take place in both Europe and the United States. Fans will get three whole days devoted to celebrating the infamous detective and his friends.

Now, I’m sure the big questions on your mind are along these lines: “Will Benedict Cumberbatch be there, will he be my best friend, will he teach me how to solve crimes?” Unfortunately, we don’t have answers to any of those ponderings, though we can probably guess the responses to the last two. The guests for the convention haven’t been announced just yet, but Massive Events states the convention will feature “an array of Sherlock themed activities, star guests from cast & crew, talks, photoshoots, autograph opportunities and more!”

Sign up for Massive Events’ Sherlocked newsletter to keep up with all the news about dates and guests.

Will you be lining up for this convention? Let us know in the comments!
