Nintendo and Capcom have selected six games for a May spotlight on Mega Man on the 3DS. So, you know, get on that if you don’t have any of these Game Boy and GBA-era titles.
2000’s Mega Man Xtreme kicks off the promotion, pitting X against the Reploids and Maverick Hunters (it all gets very weird when Mega Man isn’t just smashing Dr. Wily’s evil robots).
Xtreme – and the other games in the promotion – will be priced at $4.99, with Mega Man games II-V to follow along with Xtreme 2 at the end of the month.
